EmilyProfileLife is evocative and evolving. The individual experience is unique, yet we rest, with empathy and compassion, in the deep knowingness that we are not alone. All beings share in this one human experience, and if we open ourselves to the ongoing aid and support of this divine connection, we are able to heal and grow. This is at the heart of my counseling philosophy.

I believe symptoms of the mind, body and soul, are brilliantly offering for us to be still and to listen to a deeper call. You have all that you need to heal, within yourself. These gems of wisdom will come to you, when you are ready to be with them, and I am here to facilitate and be with you through the process.

I am particularly enthralled by the cyclical nature of women. From the onset of puberty through menopause and beyond, women are adapting. I aspire to support women – mind, BODY, and soul – through the waves and transitions of life. From infertility to eating disorders to relationship challenges.
